New Workshops - Light writing, animation & photography

We can now offer:
Animation Station
A workshop looking at the process of 'stop gap' animation. Here, participants will learn one of the many methods used to help bring creations to life. Using modeling clay and their imaginations, the models will be captured using digital camera's and then edited together to create motion. Learners will learn that patience brings out the best results in this imaginative, creatively stimulating and fun workshop.
Digital Photography Workshop
New to digital photography or wishing to experiment with different settings and effects? Here we would look at particular ways of getting the most of your camera and how to make your shots that much more interesting. This workshop would include an 45 min look around local area/school grounds and aim to teach the process and methods involved in digital imagery.
Light Writing (evening class, maybe adult learners?) This class will look at ways of photographing light 'as a trail'.
Using a range of shutter speeds, learners will be able to understand the methods and produce photographs of light lines using torches and their cameras. (Aimed at adult learners or youth clubs with their own digital SLR cameras.)
